Chemical Dependency Studies Degree A.A. Degree

This degree is designed for persons seeking careers as youth group home workers, family welfare and health agency workers, county or state eligibility workers, and other para-professional positions. Career Options/Outlook:

Substance Abuse and Behavioral Disorder Counselors counsel and advise individuals with alcohol, tobacco, drug, or other problems, such as gambling and eating disorders. May counsel individuals, families, or groups or engage in prevention programs. Career opportunities require more than an associate degree.
