This AA-T provides a curricular track for students who wish to transfer to a CSU campus while also serving the diverse needs of students interested in the breadth and depth of the field of history. Many career opportunities are possible with a degree in History, such as journalist, archivist, government service, researcher/analyst, attorney or professor. Postsecondary History Professors teach courses in human history and historiography. Includes both teachers primarily engaged in teaching and those who do a combination of teaching and research. Career opportunities require more than an associate degree.
