Working closely with our industry partners and contacts ensures our curriculum is relevant and meets the current and future needs of the Electronics and Telecommunications Industry.

  • This degree can be completed using either the local AA/AS general education (GE) pattern or the Cal-GETC transfer GE pattern. See a counselor to determine which pattern is best for you based on your academic goals.
  • Students can substitute ESLW 340 for ENGL C1000/C1000H (formerly known as ENGWR 300/480).

Scheduling Notes:

  • ET 302 and ET 312 are offered every semester day and night.
  • ET 115, 253, 322, 335, 380, 381, and 420 are offered every semester alternating day and night schedules.
  • ET 308 is offered on Fridays both day and night.

Other Notes:

  • At the end of semester 1, students qualify for the Basic Electronics and Telecommunications certificate.
  • At the end of semester 2, students qualify for the Advanced Electronics and Telecommunications certificate.
  • At the end of semester 5, students qualify for the Electronic Systems Technology certificate.
