Art - Art History A.A. Degree - CalGETC

The Associate in Arts in Art History Degree (A.A.) is designed to provide a foundational level study of the arts throughout history and cultures, with attention to an inclusive and global perspective, spanning historical periods from Ancient to Modern cultures. Through the program’s art theory and art practice classes, students develop an awareness and understanding of the materials, tools, rationale and significance of art in society.
